Meet the Instructor – Vincent Amedekah

Founder & Lead Instructor, KenteCode AI Academy

AI/ML Engineer | Data Engineer

Vincent Amedekah is a seasoned AI Engineer and Data Engineering leader with over 12 years of professional experience building scalable data platforms, machine learning systems, and production-ready AI solutions across enterprise environments.

He currently works as a Staff Data Engineer at Medidata Solutions (Dassault Systèmes), where he leads large-scale data initiatives supporting mission-critical SaaS platforms for clinical research. His work spans enterprise data architecture, operational analytics, and applied machine learning—turning complex data into systems that drive measurable business impact.

Vincent has experience designing and deploying real-world Generative AI systems, including a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot using LangChain and Azure OpenAI that improved efficiency at manufacturing facilities, and a multi-agent AI system powered by CrewAI that executed SQL queries and delivered operational insights on vendor performance for KenteCode AI clients.

He has also built end-to-end AI platforms with FastAPI, AWS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, demonstrating full production readiness. Earlier in his career, Vincent held senior engineering roles at Cognizant and Direct Energy, delivering enterprise BI solutions, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and large-scale data warehouses generating millions of dollars in business value.
